In Kathavarayan, Karan who appears as the Arrack Vendor was opposed by many of his friends. Being Karan is an action oriented hero, his friends fear, that appearing as the arrack vendor would disrobe his image. " Even then, I am acting in the role, because I want to prove that I could do role like this. I have realised the difficulties of the arrack vendors in their real life to sell their product, despite there was pucca postings of police are made. In a shooting, I was dragged by police on seeing which the public began to weep as if it was a real happening. The story explicitly describe the sad part of the vendors" says Karan. Videesa is the heroine of the film

SINGER MANO BECOMES MUSIC DIRECTOR

Sorna Nithula, a lyricist, is directing the film. Says Mano, " Any one can understand the lines of the lyrics in my music direction. I won't allow the music overlap the lines of songs". When coming to know about Mano's interest in music direction, many more producers have come forward to music direct for their films and Mano has entered into agreement for music directing three Telugu films.
