Bigil crosses Rs 200 crore ticket sales collection

Chennai, Nov 11:

Vijay starrer Bigil which was released for the Deepavali, has been made a huge collection of Rs 200 crores since the day one of the release, said a film distributor and added that in Chennai alone, the film had made a total collection of Rs 15 crore, challenging to other films' in the ticket sales.

Bigil has been successfully running in Kerala and Andhra Pradesh states has exceeded the collection target and this was because mainly, that the Karthi-starrer film Kaidhi and Vijay's Bigil alone were released during the Deepavali, and the people who are fans of both the actors, have been visiting the theaters to watch both the films repeatedly as the other films of Rajinikanth and Ajay will be released during January for the Pongal festival.

Though the Kaidhi film has made less ticket sales collection in the first few days, it had also started making huge collections, as the days went by, said the distributor.

SINGER MANO BECOMES MUSIC DIRECTOR
